History and Overview
History
The Ethnic America Network was raised up by believers who were burdened by the growing mission field on America’s doorstep and the need to awaken and equip the local church to meet this mission challenge.
The first Network vision-sharing meeting was held April 10, 1999 at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. The first Network event was a Leadership Consultation in Atlanta, Georgia, November 10, 1999. The first Ethnic Workers’ Summit was launched in April 2001 and held on the campus of Biola University.
The Summit in Boston will mark a significant milestone in the development of Ethnic America Network as the 10th anniversary is celebrated as part of the theme:
“A City Without Walls”
